The Chapel
The Vail Chapel offers seating for up to 250 guests and is equipped with both a piano and an organ, along with a state-of-the-art sound and video system. This inspiring space also comes with use of the beautiful bridal suite.
Wiegers Terrace
Wiegers Terrace provides scenic creekside views and accommodates approximately 150 guests, making it ideal for a smaller wedding. When you rent this space, you will also have access to the fellowship room & Kitchen.
West Creekside Terrace
This private location at the west end of the property on Gore Creek was built to host small intimate weddings or vow renewals. It has a two tiered terrace, is handicapped accessible and can seat up to 64 guests.
The Chapel
The Vail Chapel offers seating for up to 250 guests and is equipped with both a piano and an organ, along with a state-of-the-art sound and video system. This inspiring space is ideal for concerts, performing arts events, presentations, and company retreats.
Fellowship Room & Kitchen
Our Fellowship Room seats up to 64 guests with flexible table arrangements and includes access to the kitchen and warming oven. It can be rented on its own or paired with Wiegers Terrace through sliding glass doors.
Wieger's Terrace
Wiegers Terrace provides scenic creekside views and accommodates approximately 150 guests, making it ideal for board meetings, business retreats, community forums, charitable events, and more. When you rent this space, you will also have access to the fellowship room & Kitchen.
West Creekside Terrace
This private location at the west end of the property on Gore Creek was built to host small intimate weddings, vow renewals, baptisms, or small meetings or community services. It has a two tiered terrace, is handicapped accessible and can seat up to 64 guests.
Community Room & Kitchen
Contemporary designed table and chairs offers meeting space for 8 tables and additional 8 seats. Commercial Kitchen is available with warming oven. Approx. 23′ x 20′. * Max capacity : 16.
Board Room
Modern, newly appointed board room decor provides a private space to fit 8 seats around a large table and additional 8 seats. Commercial kitchen is available with warming oven. *Max capacity : 12
