The Interfaith Angels are a special group of donors who believe in ensuring the Vail Interfaith Chapel remains the spiritual heart of the community for worship, convening, and connection for generations to come. By committing to give a minimum of $5,000 a year for five years to support the growth of the Endowment, the Interfaith Angels will secure the long-term sustainability of the Vail Interfaith Chapel, ensuring that the operating and capital reserves are increased and a small endowment be developed to fund the longevity of chapel maintenance and upkeep for the future. It is our goal to ensure a sacred space of worship and community connection for the years ahead!
Recognition and benefits:
As an Interfaith Angel, donors will receive special recognition on the donor recognition wall and be invited to an annual donor appreciation gathering in August each year to celebrate this interfaith community, and what it represents as a community of unity, respect, cooperation.
Donors will be recognized in annual reports, on the web-site, and in other publications during the time they are active as Interfaith Angel donors. Donors who continue to renew their support as an Interfaith Angel will be specially noted within publications.
Donors will be recognized upon receipt of a signed pledge and their first contribution.

To ensure the long-term sustainability of the Vail Interfaith Chapel, it is essential that operating and capital reserves are increased and a small endowment be created to fund the longevity of chapel maintenance and upkeep for the future. Our goal to ensure long-term sustainability for the Vail Religious Foundation and the Vail Interfaith Chapel is to rais $3 million.
With an operating budget dependent upon fees for service and minimal annual contributions, we must preserve the mission and legacy of the Vail Interfaith Chapel against unforeseen circumstances and building maintenance needs, while sustaining the new gardens and grounds of the Chapel by increasing the capital and operating reserves and building an endowment.
The endowment allows the Vail Interfaith Chapel to continue to provide low-cost to no-cost use of the space for community gatherings and to maintain the beautiful upgrades these renovations will provide. The return on endowment investments provide a predictable and sustainable flow of income for the Vail Religious Foundation and allows donors the opportunity to carry forth their own family legacy by creating a named endowment that will sustain the future of Vail Interfaith Chapel for generations to come.
